Get an inverter, if you cant use a generator

Hi there

We had the inverter installed in the Izuzu, attach is a picture..
Cost, excluding installation was R 3000.00 and I am so happy I went for it..

We tested it, running 2 pc's a network modem, dstv, television, fan, lamp and radio, as well as a scanner/fax, modem all at the same time. In a 4 hour power failure, I could continue working, just starting the Izuzu every 30 minutes, letting it run for 3 minutes , to ensure that the battery did not drain.

Powers 220-240v AC mains equipment directly from a 12v source. Connect directly to a 12v battery to convert the voltage to mains AC power.

All 12v inverters include the following key safety features: two-way fuse protection, low battery shutdown protection, low battery voltage alarm, over voltage protection, overload protection and temperature protection.

The 12v 1000w Inverter with twin socket and LED is suitable for equipment rated up to 1000w e.g. microwaves, large power tools, halogen lighting and multiple applications. Remote control socket for the connection of a remote control switch
